Fun Ville LLC – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the facilities, services, programs, events, merchandise, and website of Fun Ville LLC (“Fun Ville,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting Fun Ville, booking an event, purchasing admission or merchandise, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Entry into Fun Ville, participation in activities, booking events, or using our website constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Waiver of Liability, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Use of Facility

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

  • Safety rules, posted signage, and staff instructions must be followed.

  • Socks are required in play areas. Outdoor footwear is prohibited.

  • Fun Ville reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual who engages in unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

  • Fun Ville is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

 

3. Admissions, Bookings, and Purchases

  • All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

  • Private events and parties may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, as provided in our Refund Policy.

  • Merchandise sales (including socks) are non-refundable. Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Prices and hours are subject to change without notice.

 

4. Waiver of Liability

All participants must have a signed Waiver and Release of Liability on file prior to entry. The waiver releases Fun Ville from liability for injuries, illnesses, property damage, and other risks associated with participation, including risks arising from negligence or gross negligence.

 

5. Security and Privacy

  • Fun Ville uses security cameras on its premises for safety, security, and resolution of disputes. These recordings may be shared with law enforcement, insurers, or legal representatives if necessary.

  • Personal contact information collected during bookings may be used to communicate regarding services, schedules, or promotions. Fun Ville does not sell customer information to third parties.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, photos, videos, promotional materials, website content, and facility designs are the property of Fun Ville LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

 

7. Media Release

Guests may optionally consent to Fun Ville’s use of photos and videos of themselves or their children for promotional purposes. Such consent is not required for entry.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun Ville shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our facilities, services, merchandise, or website.

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration & Jury Waiver provisions in our Waiver of Liability.

 

10. Changes to Terms

Fun Ville may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on our website and available at our facility. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
