Refund Policy
At Fun Ville, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families. To ensure fairness and consistency for all our guests, we have adopted the following refund policy:

No Refunds

All sales, including open play admission, party bookings, events, and purchases, are final.

Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable regardless of attendance, cancellation, or unused time.

Rescheduling

For private events or parties, we allow one reschedule if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Rescheduled events must take place within 1 month of the original booking date.

Credits

In limited cases (such as facility closures due to weather, maintenance, or emergencies), Fun Ville may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward future play or events instead of a refund.

Illness Policy

To keep all children safe, please do not bring sick children to Fun Ville. If your child is unable to attend due to illness, please contact us before your scheduled time — we may be able to offer a credit toward a future visit or event.

Merchandise Sales

Merchandise and retail items (such as socks or toys) are also non-refundable. Exchanges may be permitted for defective items if returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days.
