Refund Policy

At Fun Ville, we are committed to providing a safe, clean, and fun environment for children and families. To ensure fairness and consistency for all our guests, we have adopted the following refund policy:

  1. No Refunds

    • All sales, including open play admission, party bookings, events, and purchases, are final.

    • Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable regardless of attendance, cancellation, or unused time.

  2. Rescheduling

    • For private events or parties, we allow one reschedule if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

    • Rescheduled events must take place within 1 month of the original booking date.

  3. Credits

    • In limited cases (such as facility closures due to weather, maintenance, or emergencies), Fun Ville may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit toward future play or events instead of a refund.

  4. Illness Policy

    • To keep all children safe, please do not bring sick children to Fun Ville. If your child is unable to attend due to illness, please contact us before your scheduled time — we may be able to offer a credit toward a future visit or event.

  5. Merchandise Sales

    • Merchandise and retail items (such as socks or toys) are also non-refundable. Exchanges may be permitted for defective items if returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days.

  6. Discretion of Management

    • Management reserves the right to make case-by-case exceptions in extraordinary circumstances.
